Location

Risan – the most ancient small town at coast is well-known for the Roman mosaics IV BC. Quiet and blossoming greens, the majestic mountains surrounding an extensive water smooth surface - an ideal place for a relaxation after a rough rhythm of a megapolis. A Boko-Kotorska bay is a part of 28 most beautiful bays of a planet. Boko-Kotorska bay has milder climate, than coast and is popular by its advantage of pleasant swimming at any type of the weather unlike open waves of Adriatic Sea. Water gets warm here more and earlier, therefore tourists have a rest in Risan and in winter months, and the swimming season lasts till October. The bay is popular among sportsmen-oarsmen, in fact, you don’t feel excitement of rough sea here.

The first mentions about Risan are dated the middle III BC, as about capital Illyrian tsarinas Teuty. The apartment hotel settles down at the bottom of the mountains where  was a palace of tsarina. Near to Apart hotel there are small restaurants and cafe-bars with little tables facing water. In 20 minutes from Risan are ancient Kotor. In 1979 The UNESCO has included Kotor in the List of objects of a world cultural heritage. The apartment hotel is situated 30 minutes from the airport Tivat and at 1,5 hour from the airport Podgorica.
